| Even tons of people with the "new batch" that is supposed to be sweat free have posted problems with sweating. I'd just rather not have to deal with replacing a part that shouldn't have a problem to begin with. Even if it will be replaced for free, I still have to go through the hassle of swapping it out with a new one. Even more so, if the first one leaks, why would I want ANOTHER one? Obviously, my level of trust in the product will have gone out the window by that point. What I would like to see is: if the silicone hose sweats, instead of offering a replacement silicone hose or credit toward an OEM hose, just give a free OEM pair. That would show commitment to your product and would sway my decision. Until then, all I see is a guarantee that your product isn't necessarily functional but we can hope for the best. If not, I just wasted my time and still only get credit instead of an OEM replacement.
